At Home Wrinkle Treatments
I have tried all sorts of natural aging remedies and tested them out on older individuals in my family as well to test for their ability to help you to keep good skin and repair old and damaged skin. I’ve found that most natural treatments won’t really reverse the signs. But they can moisturize, smooth skin in some ways, make it healthier, and prevent future degredation. Not so bad right?
Well there are a few that I think are better than others. First of all, olive oil has not only the natural oils you need from vegetable sources, it also has antioxidants. So you get double benefits from it. Second, try lemonade, well lemon juice, I should correct myself there. Lemonade usually has too much sugar. But if you buy those small lemon juice bottles at the grocery store, they are generally made up of more actual lemon juice that are packed full of some of the best natural antioxidants with vitamins and minerals.
Third, water is the most obvious one. But it really does help in terms of moisturizing your skin, keeping it soft and supple without too many oils, etc. And of course, the big one, stop abusing your skin. If you use too harsh of chemicals, alcohols, etc. on it that is one surefire way to make sure that your skin ages at a faster rate, not a slower rate.
